The market place is always the place to see how they live work and thrive. If the produce could hardly sell, or sell at low minimum prices that could not even pay for upkeep, the farmers will lose their hearts, their pockets perennially empty, and their plates ironically without food.
This advocacy is meant to pull them out of the poverty quicksands they are into, and bring them into a lively, profitable marketplace by letting the whole country, and abroad participate in their commerce.
This concept has been developed in the Western World(particularly in the US), and we seek to copy the same principles to develop the market strategy for the farmers. As communities rally around them, supporting them, buying their produce at the right time and prices, it does provide them the kicker start to bring their operations to a more profitable one, while providing the community with fresh, green, and safe food produce from their farms.
